Using Energy

Jim,Im trying to learn how to use Energy but with no success.Without having any type of instructions to go by it's hard to do.I know you dont use a program but I figured you might know a thing or two on what's the best way to do so.If you could possibly shed some light on this when time permits it would be very much appreciated.Jeff

Jeff
It is rather difficult to explain the best way to use the Energy program and
for me it is more difficult, because I don't use programs. It is best if each
user gets a feel for the program.

Run a few races after the fact and find the screen that best predicts the
winner. I would pay attention the Paragon screen. Make sure if all horses
are true contenders and how the race is going to run.
