Question from a new User

A new user writes:

"I have figured out how to download racecards and work them but i cant seem to get the results to come up when i go the the page with the tab for results it is a grey screen and nothing happens"


That Results download section (in the RDSS Data Centre) does not work yet. Here’s the posting about that: http://paceandcap.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5339 Per that post, you will also need the Results+PP data plan to access daily downloaded Results. You can get intra-day results and mutuels now, via the RDSS Toteboard (and your BRISnet Supertote account). Access that via the SuperTote button on the RDSS Desktop, then follow the instructions which pop-up.
