Hedging your Bets For the Higher Odds Horse. TAM03-31-07 (First 3 Races) - Pace and Cap

The follow post will illustrate another betting method that can be achieved using a simple hedging program.
It is geared to the race track investor that wants to go with the higher odds horse and gives you what is known as the "free bet" method.
In the following example I have hedged the higher price horse to two other contenders.
Further discussion on this method is always encouraged.

Is this a program thats available.
Are there charts or something that one could get or copy or what.

The program is "Hedgehog" and was given to me by one of our members.
Although I do have a registered copy, I could not find the original disk
This was a program written by George Green and was a supplemental program which was put out with SpeedPlus.

Make a request on the board and I'm sure you will get a response.

Here's the 4th Race - Please keep in mingd that the odds entered into the hedging program was ML odds whreras in realtime the tote board odds should be entered as close to post time as possible.

Here is the link to Hedgehog with detailed examples. He offers a free program that dutches only but does not hedge.

I downloaded the free one and put it on my computer desktop and it does all I think I need done at this time.
