Santa Anita Jan 15 Race 4
I think I'm going into this one. If the odds hold I'll go with
6-1 WIN/WIN 6-1 Box Exacta 6-1-4 Trifecta 6-1-4-2 and 6-1-4-3 Superfecta (I may mix that up a bit) Does anyone think the 1 horse is too early for place? If the odds permit I may go WIn/Place on the 6 instead of a win on the 1 Here's the Adjusted BL/BL Screen after adding he 7 horse. I need to rethink my bet here. I'll try to post it up when I figure it out. Last edited by cprescigno; 01-15-2006 at 03:41 PM. |

Bill, I don't like the 8 horses last two outings and I think he is exhibiting problems. I don't think he equals his best outing this time out. I was confused at to what to do about him and I left him out. I took another good look and I leave him out again. I think best you can give him here is 4th.
Chip, you are right about that 7 horse. Even using his 4th best outing as a paceline he's still a top contender. I would have missed this race leaving him out. I left him out due to the layoff but even after the layoff using a median paceline he's still belongs with the contenders. Thanks for the help guys, I'm going to edit up the adjusted BL and Summary. Bill,
What was it I said about that 8 horse again? I have to defer to experience. Maybe I'll smarten up next time. I hope we all didn't sit there and watch that $55 winner go by. I have no excuse, he was tier 5 and if you wagercapped it he might have been in there. Nice winner, nice exacta, real nice trifecta. Certainly bettable. Anyone get that one? Charlie |
