Al, Whistler is a great place if you like skiing - otherwise a little crowded for my tastes. I spent some time there a few years ago with Dr Z (Bill Ziemba) and his gang.

These days I guess you got to go where the racing is, not the West Coast. it's still all a not-inscrutable analysis puzzle - just have to find opportunities where the veil thins itself enough to be worthwhile.

I miss the old seminars as well, and the characters. We do the best we can here ...

I really like your presentation. I’m going to emulate it in my own record keeping. Tx.
Are the table entries made manually or have you AI to transcribe from RDDS and results to this format? Just curious.
Results are important, but there are no odds, fair odds, bet odds nor wagers recorded. Do you have a separate sheet showing eg fair odds and wages. Er hmm wagers😎 ? I’d be interested in seeing a sample.

It's all manual copying into the Results columns. I have a section (off screen) where I copy the Mutuels at whatever their base prices are for PARX, then some formulas to normalize them to $1 (or $2 for Win) for display. Colour coding helps visualize things.

No closing odds though that is certainly in RDSS. No fairpays, overlays, nada. I just wanted to see the frequency and order of my Top 4 when aiming mainly to get the Win horse (and as many of the Place horses as would oblige).

Would be nice if this was all exported live by RDSS, maybe some day

Maybe in a little while I'll clean up this sheet and publish it.
