I don't cash many $71 win tickets but I had to put something on this horse. He was the only one in the race who didn't run his lungs out trying for the lead. You can tell how confident I was by the big wager.

Bill, the wife says meat loaf instead of corned beef but she makes it with horseradish (appropriate, don't you think?) and it's delicious.
