You might try BetPTC.com. Don't know if they serve NJ, but they have free live feeds on all their tracks and good rebates. Used them for several years.

If you have a device with android, there is an app called HorseRacesNow. Limited tracks but free live feeds.

Cal Racing shows all California races live, with replays available.
http://www.calracing.com/live-video/ It is free, but requires registration. The only result of registration is that they will send you an email whenever there is a carry over of a pool at a California track. A lot of tracks show their races live, just check out web sites for different tracks. |
