Delaware race #9 and the Derby
I agree with others that this race has an enormous number of early runners.
The 1,2,3,4,6,8, and 11 are all E or EP horses. Since they're all not going to break well, I'm looking for a horse that can run from the 5th or 6th position at the first call against a very fast pace. I land on the 9 who did this 5 and 10 races back. Choice is the 9 Derby: There is enough early speed here to toss all the early horses. The 8 is the favorite and closed against a dead pace in the Florida Derby. I used the Florida Derby pace in the match up. 46.1 1:10.3 1:36.1 1:50.0 While the early pace was faster here than other races, the closing fraction was almost 14 seconds; Ugh! I land on the 2 horse coming out of the Arkansas Derby. The 1 shows the best positions so at the risk of a bad trip, I'm on the 1. Good Luck and good skill, Tim |

Delaware race 9...That was a funny race to watch...avery horse was bunched together in front while the 9 was not even in the picture. Emilio you called the race running early with the 11. Bill, that gun to your head worked out okay on the 11 too.
