Finally! Fractional Wagering on Select U.S Tracks - Pace and Cap

Canadians can finally make fractional wagers on select U.S. tracks. Starting this Friday Canucks can make 20 cent wagers on P3's, P4's and Supers, as well as $1 minimums on all other wagers. Keeneland will be the first opportunity with more tracks to follow.

I guess they had to do something seeing that Ontario tracks will be dead in the water next season.
