Query re APV and Class Rating (CR) - Pace and Cap

I think I sent you a question at your artofpace address a few days a ago. I haven't seen a reply so I guess you have not seen it. But could you explain %APV & CR headings that comes up with the entries in RDSS? I have decided to start using RDSS for more than just downloading the cards for VAL4.
I hope I don't miss my paper printouts too much.
