i do not watch this TV show on CBS, "undercover boss" but the gent who is the CEO @ churchill downs will be undercover. at their web site cbs.com seems to have a preview. Sun night @ 9:00. if i can't stay up

i'll tape it on comcast

Pretty good show.
This one looks really interesting.
CEOs go undercover and take jobs in their own stores or factories to see what really goes on and find out how to improve the operations.
Some rally funny moments as you can imagine.

What I cant understand is how do the employees not know something is up...come on think...Why are they filming this? plus the guy is someone new?

Also dont you know who the management of your company are?
I'm sure their faces are posted on all the walls saying how great their company is

And I'm sure this wont last one season before everyone gets wind of it...

mike, early in the program he stated he was "filming a documentry" on people starting a new job. he also was a calder and arlington not so much at CD.
it was different.
