Tampa 3/10/10 - Pace and Cap

R1 Hide the 3 and go with the 6-7-9 but I am luke warm on this race
and will probably will pass.

R1 results: 7-3-6 The 7 paid 12.00 but I passed.

R2 I like the 4 and I think the 6 (2/1) is weak as it has been off
111 days w/o recent works. The 1 has improved last and may run ITM.
The 4 is chalk...another pass.

Ok the 6 won at 8/5. 6-3-4
