The times they are a changing

Hello

here is our Sartin Bradshaw memorial race place horse Forty Prayers

This screen shot is from the Aqueduct Past Performance data for
Saturday Nov 14th 2009

I copied and inserted the past performance line from the data for Oct 10th
when FP was scheduled to run but was a morning scratch

Look how Forty got an 82 speed rating from the memorial race
and now Forty Prayer is getting a 79

I am using the same original lines but on Oct 10th I was using Spec mode
today I have Val 4 selected but I never change any DTV settings

Ted I see the DTV is 0 on one readout and 1 on another

weird

Over the month of October, TrackMaster began rolling out their recalibrated Speed Ratings, including internal ITV and DTV values to reflect changes from their inclusion of run-up distances. The change in DTV for that day is almost certainly due to that.

Here is a TrackMaster Blog article about this: http://blog.trackmaster.com/?p=1293

Ted, what does that do to any program using Trackmaster data files and the data base?

Greetings

Hello Ted

Thank you for taking the time to answer my question

I understand.

Just to check I exported both days running lines
and the data on the Kinectic Generator is eactly the same

The other readouts on KGEN ar slightly different
but that is caused by the distance adjustment

one race is adjusted to 6 furlongs and one is to 6.5

Thanks again Ted

I think it should make them more accurate.
