Mr. Bradshaw on my mind

Work it and bet it like he was watching me

This was my first bet today. I had him on my mind on this 1 year marking day
All I can do is think that he is with his friend Howard and maybe they watched this race for me

The notepad insert explains my thoughts and betting decisions

How's your back today? I threw mine out a few days ago, having gotten a bit too industrious with a pair of dumbbells. In order to get out of bed, I have to first drop to my knees, then lift myself up while leaning on the end table.

At least it gives me an excuse for leaving the toilet seat in the up position.

Morning Charles.
I'm still in a half cocked position and am pretty sure I hurt it at the gym. Dumb ass move on my part.

Your way of getting up is the same thing I have to do man.

I send all my best healing vibes to you dude. I feel your pain.

Get better quick Charles!

Thanks for that, expect mine to you to come around shortly.

What got me was that there was no warning - it didn't hurt when I was doing the lifting, and I've been using them since November.

I just increased the reps on Tuesday, but I guess it was too much. The next morning I dropped something on the floor, and in bending over, that's when it hit me.

That object stayed on the floor for two days until my son came over. The cat is all confused right now - she probably wonders why I'm suddenly putting her feeding dish on the window sill.

Dad

Thanks Rich

Dad was right here with me. We watched the race. Dad is getting to be a real good student. He is watching the Sartin one on one video tapes and
studies the work books.

He even is taking my laptop to California when he goes next week
so he can work races when he stays at my sisters house

He says hello and is real proud of the big news

Bill
