Can not download cards to play, like Belmont, time is 1239pm est, this is getting to be no fun, Monday I did download, but missed the contest, and now again, I have time and can not download, oh well.
Guess me and the contest are not meant to be, Karma can be ruthleslly blunt when it decides to put a wall for you , and I need to finally listen to it, I guess. Patrick

Patrick,
The message you show above also says: find and send me the file named Trk_last_error_msg.htm on your RDSS2 folder. This file usually contains the response from Trackmaster when unexpected problems occur trying to get a race card. Please attach that file to an email and send it to me at support@sartinmethodology.com. That will help me help you. Otherwise, Belmont for today is indeed available. Ted

I sent email to you, hopefully it went thru, it is 131pm est and still no download ability, my account is current, so I will wait for help , I know it is coming, it always does.

Problem fixed it was my fault as usual, I renewed The Bundle, instead of just the PP's and am now downloading.

this is happening to me ( First time ) for SA and keeneland today
looked for file : find and send me the file named Trk_last_error_msg.htm on your RDSS2 folder. but can't find it ? |

Almost certainly you get that message because your PaceAdvantage Contest Prize 3 month free RDSS data account expired on Oct 7, as I mentioned in my email to you Sept 24, and you have not yet informed TrackMaster that you want to want to continue, or which data plan you want to use. (When you find that file on your RDSS2 folder, it will say words to the effect that there's a problem with your account or credit card). Just call TrackMaster at 800 321-3343 and tell them what data plan you want to continue with. That should get you going. Any problems, just write or call me. Ted
