Updating attendance.

Attendance List updated - please see further below.

1 seat left on Friday. One or two seats might be 'soft' on some days and I will update this list as soon as I know more.

If anyone wants to go on the Wait List, feel free to contact me. One attending member also has 2 Clubhouse seats each day which he is offering for 'overflow'. Not with the main group, but still opportunity to be in touch while seated in the stands, including of course the Friday night meetup/seminar.

It was announced today that Friday August 18 will be a giveaway of a Saratoga bucket hat. Also, there is only one admission price this which will allow you to get into both the grandstand and the clubhouse. It is almost my understanding that the price for the table seats includes admission to the track.

Yes - NYRA confirmed that the tickets we bought for the 4-Star Dave tables also admit you through the front gates.

I have electronic tickets (PDF files) which I am sending to people when they pay me so they'll have them before arriving.

If anyone who has reserved a seat has not paid for them yet, please do so as soon as possible and I will email the tickets to you.

See here for payment info:http://paceandcap.com/forums/showpos...1&postcount=20

Here's an update to the Attendance List for the Saratoga meetup as of June 26 and also how to pay for the tickets -

There are 2 seats available for Friday, possibly more on Saturday and Sunday pending confirmations (the Wait List is open!)

Please pay for your seats as soon as you can, to confirm your seating, per the following instructions. I will send you your ticket/s by email as soon as I receive payment. This year, the tickets are also good for general and clubhouse admission.

---------------

Please add up the costs for the number of days and seats you are reserving and send me either a personal check by mail, or by PayPal to tlc@museful.com.

Friday and Sunday = $30 each
Saturday (Alabama Stakes day) = $40 each.

If sending a check by mail, please email or PM me to get the mailing address. If sending by PayPal, please, please please: send it in US dollars NOT in Canadian dollars. When you send money by PayPal, you get to choose the currency. Because I live in Canada, PayPal will default to Canadian dollars and you must change it to US dollars. If I receive Canadian dollars, I will decline it, it will be returned to you, and you'll have to try again to send US dollars. Thanks for checking this before sending!

Here is a picture of what you need to do in PayPal to send US Dollars (USD) rather than the default which will likely be presented to you in Canadian dollars (CAD). When you type in the amount of money to send, change the currency to USD -

If by unforeseen circumstances you cannot attend the number of days you paid for, if someone else can use your seat, I'll refund your payment. Otherwise, well, I already paid for the seats

Looking forward to seeing you all!

Ted

As a reminder, Missy is willing to give up her seat if necessary.

My wife asked if any other women would be there. She would no doubt appreciate it if Missy was there

One more year Ted. I need to get a lap top for Horse Racing itself. Then I'll be ready. I use spreadsheets so I can divvy up my activity and analysis. Hopefully I'll be able to get the latest Brisnets up there.

Hi Clint! It will be good to see you (again?) at Saratoga or online. Wishing you all the best!
