SPN and BLBL

Hi Giahorse

This issue has been addressed before.

Thanks to the Google site search, I found this post.

Ted took out the SPN or Sartin Pace Number because the readout was just about the same as the BLBL rankings

Ted Took the Long Shot Potential rating out of RDSS
He replaced it with the deceleration rating

The Long Shot Potential or LSP rating was how well a horse over came the pace of race it ran against.

Ted still provides that information, on the PP screen
and I feel Ted's design is better .

Look at this horse Graybignbadlikedad

Look at line 2 Look all the way to the right
You will see the Pace of Horse total energy and the Pace of Race total energy, Then you will see the preceptor total.
Look how Gray in its best perceptor rated line ran against a race were it faced a fast Pace of the Race. It ran a 162 Total energy which was one of the top three pace of horse total energy figures it has in its PP's

So these readouts Pace of Race TE, Pace of Horse , and how the horse ran against them take the place of the Long Shot Potential readout

Thanks bill

But won't every horse have a preceptor line like that, the Lsp we had numbers 1-6 or something, so now to see how it is rated in Lsp don't we have to look at every horse to find it.
