How to Get Started ? - Hong Kong races
Hi,
I am pretty new to pace handicapping and I have historical sectional time and paceline for Hong Kong races. http://racing.hkjc.com/racing/Info/m...english/Local/ Since I do not have any speed rating, I understand that I need to calculate ITV and DTV. Could anyone provide me some pointers how to derive the formula ? Thanks ... |
