Attaching Screens /Panels in your Posts

Hello Guys,

Thanks for your helpful comments on picking turf lines

I now would like to submit a post with an attached image from a race
I played. But before I do enusre that I am doing it correctly.

What I think I should do is:

1. Open RDSS and bring up the panel or panels I wish to attach.

2. In the message,Click on the "Insert Image" icon
The request is to insert the URL of the image.

3. In my case it is, Race4, Fort Erie for June 2nd which is shown in the
upper left panel as: "Fe02Junrace:4"

To get the image do I enter the above exactly as shown as the URL ?
