Thanks Don. I believe that every one that uses RDSS should be having success. There is enough info posted on the site that should help those are struggling now plus they can always ask questions and most of the time get the right answer. As a boss of mine reminded me yrs ago the only dumb question is the one that is not ask. I remember 1 time at roll call a brand new officer asked a question and the veterans started to snicker until I asked them for the answer which they didn't know either. Never be afraid to ask a question.
