Nice.

Quick Thoughts -
on the 4th screen - NTL is "need to lead" - I wish we could put in comments like this in RDSS. it is a nice reminder.

on the 5th screen where you show putting in the lines, you just put an X or 1, can't remember now, in that column.
the T is for tandem race, RDSS does an amazing job of showing all the past races where the horses ran against each other from the database, but in Synthesis, we had to put a 1 or 2 or 3 or whatever in the T column to show that horse ran in tandem 1, 2, 3, etc.

on the 10th screen, the odds line is something Howard was very proud of - his recommendation to most people was to look at the odds right before the race and then try to get at least 2 to 3 times better odds than the program says, so even means get at least 2-1, 3-1 is better, 3-1 means only bet if you are getting 6 to 9 or more to 1, etc. He thought this was an decent method for people who did not have the time or inclination to keep records.

i recommend keeping records, but for a track you have never played or someone who has limited time, it doesn't suck - i used it one meet at Oaklawn and made money on 6f races with it when nothing else I tried was profitable that year. i was just looking for post odds double the screen odds.

Hi Dan,

How have you been? Thanks for chiming in.I'll be going on a short vacation back to Reno in a few days.I'd like to know if you're still using the Atlantis Racebook/Sportsbook App for online betting. Is it working ok now? Are you still playing?

I know about age. I would not want you to change anything you are comfortable with. What works for you is what you should do. Trying to do conditional wagering at a window would be difficult. My ADW allows conditional wagering with the wagers place anytime and the odds used up to one minute to post - I think. Sometimes it is best to use non-mainstream methods - synthesis - to get horses mainstream methods might not get. Continued good luck. The Other Ted

Ray

I was looking at this again and thought of a question

How do you decide if to use raw or atm for your screens?
