Belmont Race 3 - Pace and Cap

Interesting sprint in the third.

What I find interesting in this race is this older version of Speculator the %M seems to work better as a eliminator. With 12 minutes to post and the 3 being bet at 2-1 chalk with a +70 %M in its last race the question is of speed and is the chalk worth being the chalk?
