Hastings shippers - Pace and Cap

There has been an increasing number of young horses that have shown promise here in Vancouver that have shipped to Woodbine to do very well. Once a realm of the trainer Terry Jordan alone, it is now becoming more common as the 2nd today (a second call maiden qualifier) shows.

Don't discount horses that come from here and have shown speed: it translates well there.

Tim,Thanks for the heads up on those shippers I didnt know how to handle them.Also appreciate you keep bringing up new ideas on board,it gets tiresome rehashing the same stuff over and over.Jeff

mitchell has a thing he calls ability time, basically constructed out of a SCall time: when i bet SoCal, with its rolling pick threes, i would use that to isolate contenders in maiden races. down and dirty, and easy to compute.
