Update On Audio Tapes in Club Pace N Cap

I wanted to bring everyone up to date on the "box of cassettes" that Bill sent to me a while back. All of them have been transferred to my hard drive and most of them have been edited and uploaded to the Pace N Cap server. Bill just hasn't had time to set up links in Club Pace N Cap for all of them. If you need access to the "Club" area, a contribution to help maintain the website is all you need to make.

Here's the update:

Sartin Related Tapes transferred from cassette to mp3 by me:

August 1987 4 tapes

UScan July 3 tapes

Sartin Workshop 03-19-89 Beaumont,CA 4 tapes

January 1988 5 tapes

Sartin Pro Paceline Tapes 2 tapes

Sartin Paceline Workshop Tapes 5 tapes

06-26-88 Brohamer Day At The Races 5 tapes

Jim R. to Dick Schmidt &
Tom Brohamer Phone Calls 1 tape

Jim R. Phone Call #2 With Tom Brohamer 1/2 tape

Jim R. Live With Hambleton 1/2 tape

Non Sartin Related Tapes transferred from cassette to mp3 by me:

Please Hold All Tickets -
the Mark Cramer tape regarding his book 1/2 tape

Inside Track Radio Show HOL 1995 1/2 tape

Sartin Related Tapes transferred from cassette to mp3 by me still to be edited and not on the Pace N Cap server yet:

1-August 1987 4 tapes

2- 1988-06-25 Brohamer Day At The Races 5 tapes

Sartin Related Tapes transferred from cassette to mp3 by others previously available:

Goal Setting Dick Schmidt

Saratoga 1989-08-18_19_20

Kansas City 1991

Las Vegas 91

Lets Get Serious Seminar Las Vegas November 19, 20 and 21 1993

In addition, I will be getting the following publications up to Club Pace N Cap as time permits scanning and uploading. I trust everyone on this site but I ask that you use and enjoy them but please, I don't want to see anything on Ebay. I have paid for these but do not own copyrights and we need to be fair to the authors. I do check Ebay every other day or so:

Sartin Related:

1-The original Brohamer Model manual published by PIRCO in 1984 which I found sitting in a Detroit bookstore at a reasonable cost. I believe these concepts are still valid today.

2-A short workbook to the 1988 Saratoga seminar. You may not glean much from this but if you get one idea for follow up, it's worth a read. This was donated to be by Chuck over on the Pace Advantage board as he was selling some Sartin stuff on Ebay.

Non Sartin Related:

1-Essays For The Horseplayer by Joe Colville Vols. 1 and 2 from July and August 1996.

2-A Winning Horseplayer's Guide by Ken Lempenau published in 2002.

3-Finding Longshots by the folks from Turfdom in Norther California.

I hope all of the above will help increase your ROI - I think Bill has built a very nice collection of helpful material but keeping them available on the server does cost money, so please think about a contribution.

PLEASE, if you have any more audio OR video tapes from the Sartin Methodology that you wish to share with the group, PM me and I will be happy to transfer them for you and send you back the originals and/or the transferred files.

PLEASE, if you have any more printed material (manuals, workbooks, etc.) that you would like to share with the group and know we don't have, PM me NOW, as I will only have access to a corporate scanner for about two more weeks.

It takes a ton of time to transfer these tapes so my approach to the editing has been to try to make them as listenable as possible but not to go after every single possible edit, or else I'd still be working on the first bunch!

Lou

Yup. There are a bunch sitting on the server that Bill hasn't had a chance to upload to the site yet. The only tapes I'm still working on are August 1987 and 1988-06-25.

Not to get too far off topic, but Joe Coleville - he wrote some stuff about pace and position I have not been able to find. I got the gist of it from C&X Newsletter, but would like to read more, if anyone has a link or an address for Joe.
