A minor question

I just opened up race five for Aqueduct on January 2, 2009.

While the conditions read the race as being for three-year-old fillies, the entrants are all listed as being two-year-olds.

I imagine the fault is at the Trackmaster end - did they forget that January 1 gives all horses a birthday? Does this affect all races?

Ooops, that's two questions, sorry.

Charles,

Yes, the TrackMaster data file is incorrect! A random sampling of races shows that all ages are understated by 1 year! I only checked AQU today so far.

I fired off an alarm to TrackMaster. I'll get back. This affects Val and Spec as well.

I appreciate the quick response.

All those poor horses out there, waiting for their birthday presents. See - when you're born close to Christmas, you always get short-changed.
