Charlie,

This particular problem occurs when a card is reported as available when we display the overall list, but when you subsequently go to fetch it (perhaps a few seconds, or minutes later), it is then unavailable (possibly, they say, because it was withdrawn due to bad integrity check, and is being regenerated just when you happened to ask for it...). That's why the message says "please wait a minute or two (or 3, or 4...) then try again."

I got that card OK before you did this morning (to check clore's 2YO/3YO age problem in another thread), but perhaps they were regenerating it when you looked for it... (if so, horse ages are still wrong).

Dunno. Presuming that this kind of thing does happen from time to time, can you suggest a more clear error message to present the user? We already try twice before giving up and presenting that message.

Despite several attempts, Problem continued for me, so i started this thread and sent TM an addy

It just seemed to sort itself after allowing more time, so maybe please wait 5, 10 mins and try again would be a ok
