Money Management And Playing Value.

I am finding that playing the numbers and watching the tote board as opposed to Handicapping by form, class and pace is superior way to beat the game.
I have been tracking this for over 6 weeks and developed my own proprietary betting interface which is restricted to myself and just one other very close friend who is a member of this board. I have been having exceptional results on a daily basis with very few exceptions.
Actually, I grew tired of try to find the pimple on an elephants butt and developed a method of play that is faster, more efficient, with a lot less arduous grunt work and meaningless numerical interpretations..I will say that for contest playing I would not use this method. This is for real time only.

Between RDSS, PaceAppraiser and KGEN I can rapidly do some of my best contest work. I am anticipating Ted's release of a Synergism export feature and then I will have everything that is necessary to win in all categories.
I also found that you don't have to bet a lot to make a lot. My bets are strictly win bets that payoff in many cases, better then the majority of exactas that occur with a lot less invested (on average) in a race.
Here are some highlights from yesterday 03-02-12.

Mike,

I hope all is well with you and your family.

Why don't you get on Skype so we can conference.
Your one of the good guys and a friend.
A lot of us speak there on a regular basis now.

You know me pretty well and you know that I'm always looking for the better way.

Today I'll work Tampa and Gulfstream. The prices there average 6-1 or better. Lot's of meat there. Big fields and contentious races.

Bill,

I've had a few of my own blogs and belong to PaceAdvantage but these days my loyalties lie with PaceandCap which you started. This is the only board I actively participate in.
I do like SKYPE and AIM and enjoy conferencing with people such as yourself, that I like.

Partsnut Bill,

I appreciate you want to talk in generalities only, but may I clarify something please.

When you mention playing the numbers & toteboard, you do have an initial idea of fair/true odds such as those generated in BL/BL for example? I'm presuming you do, but just wanted to check.

Thanks.

What I use bases my selections and the amount to bet is in accordance with ones bankroll and does this by seeking out the gaps between real time odds and the morning line. It's complicated.
