Was 10-9 the length of the long stretch and then the 3 nailed the 9 at the wire for 2nd. Going to be that kind of night, apparently. Betting Day-Phillips to get TWO good races in a row of out one of her horses is something that I'll never do. I'll continue getting beat by her.

1, River Lemon: beats these with his best race. Concern whether he has good effort in him, however

12, Absolute Power: absolutely the one to beat

7, Get a Grip: doesn't like to win but 6 2nds means he needs to be used under in exotics

3, Guppy Smuggler: nice last race; will be tough

12, Twenty Black: some nice races last year; tough as well

1, Taktime: bolted 1st time out @2.40:1. JUICER JORDAN special. Wish he'd learn to STFU at some point and stop taking peoples' money. Gets Blinkers On today, drops significantly, and has a poor jock up. Still getting money, however. If she wins, I lose.
