Q For Bill V. - Pace and Cap

Bill, just a quick question. I went through a number of your posed races. On your tags there are times when you don't give a horse a line but then I read in one of your post you give every horse a line to make RX a more viable readout. Just wondering about this. Did I misread something?

There are lot of examples of races provided.
I provably have step out of bounds this is a chemist at work nothing magical just simple steps 1 2 3

I'm really sorry, I have not been feeling well, I have only been checking in .
and keeping my eye on things from a co admin perspective, so that Ted can focus on his continued hard work and development of RDSS.

I am falling behind. Shoeless has been waiting for me for a few weeks to get back to him. I apologize .
