Track profile - Pace and Cap

Hi and good evening everyone!

I would like to start a Track Profile when Fair Grounds starts on Wednesday (25th) but I was wondering what ways could I do a track profile to help with my handicapping?

Like I was thinking only basic stuff and nothing advanced
And using the Equibase charts as my guide since they have the best charts around vs DRF

I would appreciate and feedback as I have only attempted this once in my life and want a sort of "cheater" way of finding a track profile
