Exclamation Aqueduct's surface

I normally do not really pay attention to this track, but I was a bit surprised how slow the times were on Wood Memorial Day. Is it always that abnormally slow? How in the heck do you evaluate how a horse does there, and then runs elsewhere? For the horses that had their final preps there for the Kentucky Oaks and Derby, do you just automatically toss them? It just seems like their performances are dramatically-skewed.

A variant is determined everyday by those selling PP's, speed figures etc. which accounts for the daily variations of track speed. Within the RDSS program all this is accounted for and something you don't have to worry about. Trust the output of the program.
