I develop models for each distance eg 5-5.5/6-6.5/7-7,5
and by D/P/T and by class...So each race has different parameters...eg.
some race TT is most important sometimes Adj Final time is important.
And all of this changes depending on what type of race is being run.
Once I have my contenders I then go through and do the RDSS regular handicapping?? Use a bastardized (excuse the language) version of Scott...
