I should clarify what I do when a contender doesn't have a CSR. I go back to the horses' pps and check the last line to see if there is reason the change the CSR #. Some of the reasons I look for are wrong dist or surface, class level, major trouble such as checked or taken up etc. Most of the time it doesn't change the non CSR ranking but when it does it increases the horses number ie in this case from 2 #s to 3#s.
