Follow Up FWIW Survey - Pace and Cap

As is my approach I decided to conduct another 100 race survey of Mr Bills' use of the energy & tpr screens to toss horses having 0 top 3 ranks on the energy screen or are more then 10 point lower then the top rated TPR horse for win consideration. The tracks involved were Aqu, Parx & Mahoning Valley. Here are the results
Races Wins By Unqualified Horses Win%
100 14 14
So after 200 races unqualified horses won a total of 22 of 200 races or 11%. Anytime you can find something that allows you to toss a horse from WIN contender status and be right 89% of the time you have a powerful tool. I have been using this approach to toss horses since I completed my first survey. Thank you MR Bill for sharing this with the group.
