any thoughts about this new track starting Sept 1st? any one think that using our programs of choice one has a advantage for the first few days or the 1 mo. racing? have read its a new all weather surface. skiming the very generic condition book, high cl. prices plus several alw. races. i think the first day has a stakes race F&M for a field of 12.
also a different subject
any one know why the 7 1/2 F on the turf at pha are missing the split times?
the beaten lths are there but no times.

I think that this is the first pari-mutual track in the U.S. that will utilize Michael Dickinson's Tapeta surface.
