Ragin,
I find that it is hard to look at yourself. This is the most honest business to be in. If you are not honest with yourself, you lose. If you make mistakes, you lose as there is no one there to bail you out. You are only rewarded from your own effort. You can't have someone do your handicapping for you, it just doesn't work. When you lose you have to keep it to yourself and not take it out on someone else. But when you win everybody expects you to share. It's not hard work, but your always tired after a day of handicapping. Some times I have to sit back and really look at myself and ask why am I doing this for so little reward, but then I can't describe what it feels like to watch a horse come across the finish line first at 20/1. One that you had figured hours before to do just that. Froggy |
