Result Tracker - Pace and Cap

This is a modified result tracker I did for looking at data from Fast Fred Pro 4.06 and other software I currently use. My thought was to see trends without much paperwork. I like to play 2 tracks at one time or at least I handle two at a time so my tracker sheet is for that. I use 2 pens, a red sharpie fine point marker to fill in the O when it corresponds to a category in my software, and a regular pen for the other. This is a screenshot of the Word file, anyone who might be interested in modifying it to suit their needs just e-mail me and I will send the word file.
