validator problems. - Pace and Cap

I am new to this forum, i noticed you talking about the validator program.I have a working copy of the program on my old dinosaur computer, that i have been try to copy to my new computer. It has windows XP on it, i don,t have a floppy drive on my new computer, so i copied it to a cd, it would,t load.I would like to know if i could buy another copy if available, or how i can get the copy i have to load in my new computer.I REALLY like the validator program, and have had real good success with it.
