Where does one go, on the web, to find the current 3 year best times per track?

Hey Segwin...go to DRF.com there will be a bunch of links to click onto but it is on their web site and its free

just found it for ya...DRF.com scroll down to the bottom of home page and look at the section labeled HANDICAPPING & PP'S... it is in that section

yes...just found it too at www.drf.com/
scroll down from the click Handicapping & PPs down to the bottom, I find Daily Racing Form and in Handicapping & PPs you see 3-Year Best Time Chart. This is something important!
