Bill/Trackmaster

Richie,
I totally support the fact that Bill should be given continued access to Trackmaster files. I have only been on this site for a short period of time, and have seen the great job That Bill does for everyone. I have learned a great deal from him and you. Thanks for all of your effort, and I haope Trackmaster acts accordingly.

I also would not be a customer of Trackmaster if it were not for Bill's efforts and support on this Website. I know through his efforts, he has increased Trackmster's customer base many fold. And with his teaching efforts, has created customers who will be long-term and higher volume.

Bill(Admin)

I only came back to Trackmaster because of the tremendous support on the Pace and Cap site. Bill has unselfishly given so much of his time it is hard to give him the credit due. I was solely a Brisnet customer but now because of the help I have gotten from Bill, Partsnut, Rxlawyer, and the whole forum membership I started to use Trackmaster more than usual. I am not a large user but when you look at all the comments about Bill and Trackmaster collectively it appears Trackmaster has some added business.

Dear Trackmaster,

Why should Bill Varone get free trackmaster files? What makes him so special?

Well, keep reading and I will tell you why. Horse racing bulletin boards are full of faceless, nameless people, many of whom act like they know everything there is to know about the Sport of Kings. Bill is the exact opposite. He has put himself out there as much as anyone I have ever "met" on the internet. He has tried to help countless people on the net do better at the races. If you ask him a question, he either answers it or gets the person who can answer it. After corresponding with him, you know who he is, and respect and admire the man for how hard he works, interacts with his family, and does everything within his power to further enjoyment of horse racing for the many members of his Pace/Cap family, which I am proud to consider myself a member.

For several years, Trackmaster helped support the Sartin Methodology by providing downloads for several Sartin-type programs. Due to poor health over the years, Mr. Sartin has been unable to continue the methodology in the manner I am sure he would have liked. In some respects, this had a negative impact on Trackmaster as people drifted away from Trackmaster supported programs to programs supported by Bris, ITS, and HDW. Enter Bill Varone. He decided to create a website where people of all horse racing backgrounds could join (including me, even though I was not a past Sartin member), in the spirit of "friends helping friends". His attitude is reflected throughout this website, as there is an absence of flaming and backbiting that can be witnessed in other horse racing websites.

So how has Trackmaster benefited from this? Many members of this website download trackmaster data as a direct result of Bill and the work he has done on this website. With the blessings of Mr. Sartin, and the hard work of Ted Craven and the late Guy Wadsworth, an updated (2007) version of Validator was made available to any member of this website that was interested in obtaining same. What data does Val4 use? Why Trackmaster, of course.

In closing, Bill Varone is not the type of guy that would ever ask for a freebie from Trackmaster or anyone else. But as my testimonial and the others in this thread indicate, the members of this website feel strongly that you should give this hard working man this consideration. Thanks for taking the time to read.

I agree. Bill has put a lot of time and effort into this site. Most of the members here support trackmaster because of the effort that Bill and Richie have put into continuing the sartin methology. Thanks

You can add me to the list of Trackmaster customers that would not be using their data if not for this site.

I became a Sartin convert after coming to this site and absorbing all the knowledge from the other users here. After reading many Follow Ups and reading past posts I made the transition to the Sartin Methodology.

This is all due to the unselfish man that maintains this board and asks nothing else of anyone except to share in finding the path to profitable handicapping.

I have been an unlimited subscriber pretty much from the time I joined this board. So add my support with those who think he deserves the data also.

To whom it may concern,

If it weren't for the generosity, shared knowledge, and assistance from Bill "Binder" Varone and other genuine folks here at Pace and Cap' forum, I would not be purchasing Trackmaster data files from your company to use with Sartin Methodology software (Synthesis & Validator 4).

This forum continues the Sartin Methodology and has drummed up business for your company. And I strongly feel, at the very least, you should give something back in return. Bill Varone is a great guy, great friend, and most deserving individual.

Sincerely,

Jonathan Steele

Bill should have free access to Trackmaster's files because in the Future Trackmaster will PROFIT from doing this. A little at a time he will get more and more customers for Trackmaster. And what will all this cost Trackmaster? NOTHING!!! Just a few files. BUT STANDS TO GET MANY NEW FUTURE CUSTOMERS FOR TRACKMASTER. If I was in TRACKMASTERS shoes I would go for it. Because it is a GREAT DEAL!!!! GO FOR IT. TRACKMASTER, YOU WILL BE THE ONE THAT WILL PROFIT IN THE LONG RUN. BILL GETS FREE FILES. YOU GET FREE MONEY AND YOUR BUSINESS FROM BILL'S SITE WILL INCREASE. BILL WILL BE HELPING EVERYONE.
