8 of the top 17 tracks on Rick's list are on Premier Turf Club's betting menu.

In 2 weeks I am seriously considering moving 100% of my play to PTC tracks. Working those tracks in earnest using my techniques to see if I can make things work using PTC automated conditional betting stuff man.

Look let' say you are a small player like me (2k a month).Without disclosing rates let's say we get around 6% back at this level on win bets.That's about 120 clams.

Now if we get the level up to 3k a month and are using Ted's program PTC kicks back another hundred dollar bill in ADDITION to the rebate structure in place. So we are talking about $100.00 PLUS $180.00 (6% on 3k) = $280.00

based on wager of 3k you are talking over 9% rebate. You are NOW wagering into pools and effectively cutting the take in HALF. More at some tracks.

That is serious money and requires a serious plan.

Not even dealing with the exacta rates which are more. Sometimes a LOT more.
